Due to recent fraudulent activities towards my business by recent buyers, I have updated my return policy, please contact me if you have any questions :)
After every purchase, I will be sending out an email confirming that the buyer bought the piece, if buyer does not respond after two days money will be refunded
These policies will be put in place after item has been shipped:
Return & Cancellation Policy
1. No Refunds, Returns, or Exchanges
• All sales are final. Due to the handmade nature of my pieces, I do not accept refunds, returns, or exchanges unless I made an error with your order.
• If your item arrives damaged due to a mistake on my end, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue. I will determine if a replacement or partial refund is necessary.
2. Order Cancellations
• Cancellations are only allowed within 24 hours of purchase. After this period, I begin working on your order, and cancellations will not be accepted.
• Custom orders and made-to-order pieces cannot be canceled once production has started.
3. Incorrect Addresses & Unclaimed Packages
• Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. If an order is shipped to the wrong address due to a mistake on your part, I cannot offer refunds or replacements.
• If a package is returned to me due to an incomplete or incorrect address, you will need to cover reshipping fees before I send it out again.
4. Fraud Prevention & Order Confirmation
• Due to recent scams, I will only ship your order after receiving a confirmation email from you. If you do not confirm within 48 hours, your order may be canceled, and I will refund you minus a 15% processing fee to cover time and materials.
• If a chargeback or dispute is filed without contacting me first, I will provide proof of purchase and shipment to the payment provider.
Shipping Policy
1. Shipping Options
• Tracked Shipping: Includes a tracking number so you can follow your package’s journey. Recommended for security.
• Untracked Shipping: A more affordable option, only available for smaller items like necklaces, earrings, and hats. No tracking number is provided, and I am not responsible for lost or delayed packages.
2. Address Accuracy
• You must provide your correct and complete shipping address.
• I am not responsible for lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages unless the mistake was made by me.
3. Processing & Shipping Times
• I am the only one running this business, so please allow 5 days for order fulfillment before shipping.
• Once shipped, delivery times depend on the carrier and location. Delays caused by postal services or customs are beyond my control.
4. Local Pickups (Toronto Only)
• If you are in Toronto, you can arrange for local pickup. Please contact me before purchasing to confirm availability.
5. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
• If your package is marked as delivered but you did not receive it, please check with your local post office or neighbors. I cannot replace or refund lost/stolen packages.
